All sales are final. However, I stand behind my handmade pieces and will gladly repair any item I’ve created.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs with repairs. If a repair requires replacement parts due to damage caused by a customer, a small materials fee may apply. Each situation will be evaluated individually, and I will always do my best to restore your piece.

Vintage Items: All vintage items, including NFR belt buckles, are sold as is. Due to their age and history, minor wear, patina, or imperfections may be present and are part of their character.

Vintage buckles and components that have been converted into jewelry or accessories are permanently altered from their original form. These pieces are sold as wearable art and cannot be restored to their original condition.

Production & Shipping Time - Hand Sewn Hats: All hand sewn hats are made to order unless stated otherwise. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for production and shipping. In most cases, they are completed and shipped within approximately 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Time - Other Orders: Please allow up to 3 business days for other orders to ship, though most orders ship sooner. If you ordered a hand sewn hat along with other items, I will complete your hat as quickly as possible so your entire order can be shipped together.
